Proseal Construction Ltd, is a local construction company based in Gibraltar, who’s core business is to build new properties and to refurbish existing, “Building the Future and restoring the past” is our company motto.

We build everything from apartments and starter homes through to five and six-bedroom family houses. Our buildings and construction expertise and techniques blend tradition with innovation, creating well-built homes with modern living standards.

Proseal was founded by Richard Bell in 2002 and rapidly became a well-known construction company in the Gibraltar’s market. We currently employ approx. 50 staff. Proseal Construction has a good reputation in Gibraltar for high end developments, including the Buena Vista Villas as well as the Island and the sails developments, we have also completely renovated private home such as Beaulieu house, 1 Rosia parade, Rock Cottage, where we won 2 heritage award and many other homes and developments. Our homes and construction techniques blend tradition with innovation, creating well-built homes with modern living standards.

As well as building for the private market, we work closely and in partnership with a wide range of Designers and Developers, providing affordable, quality homes, in sustainable locations. One of the ways we have developed our business is to build partnerships with manufactures. We have partner manufactures in Germany, and UK for waterproofing system, Portugal for bespoke built-in furniture, also ATS a local company for doors and flooring, as well as other local supply company’s.

Also within the company we have our own buying department and through this we will also strive to bring value to the client. These are exciting times and we are here to help in your property developments.
